Title: Larry's Dark Zucchini Bread

3xEggs
1cOil
2cBrown sugar
3tsVanilla
3cGrated zucchini
1tbMolasses
4cFlour
1tsSalt
1tsSoda
1/4tsBaking powder
2tsCinnamon
1tsAllspice
1tsNutmeg
1/2cChopped nuts

Beat eggs, oil, & brown sugar together. Add vanilla, zucchini, & molasses. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to the zucchini "wet" mixture. Add nuts. Mix well. Bake in floured breadloaf pan at 350oF for approximately 1 hr.

Larry bakes bread when we grow zucchini. This is my favourite version. His is the Light bread version. I have used both recipes for years. Don't remember the original inspiration, this has been tweeked with a lot over time.
